Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Email us for exchange requests at support@mr-waji.shop
Gift Returns
If the item was marked as a gift, you’ll receive a store credit for the return. If not, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
Please send your return to the address we provide after you contact us. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or insurance for items over a certain value. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
